Tri-State Mobile Notaries, Inc. has been serving southern Ohio since 1999 providing in-home or in-office mortgage closings to attorneys, title agencies, and signing agencies, witness depositions, sworn statements, auto title services, living wills, medical and general powers of attorneys and more.
Our professional loan closers have closed over 5,500 loans including purchases, refinances, 2nd mortgages, HELOCS, and reverse mortgages.
In March 2004, we expanded our services into the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
All notaries are protected by $1 million in errors and omission and liability insurance.
