Michael Anthony Weatherspoon has been arrested in Harts, WV after being on the run for 7 months.

Official Investigations & Security Services, Inc's owner, Michael P Rolfes, located Mr. Weatherspoon in the Harts, WV area on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 and notified the West Virginia State Police post closest to that area.  The desk commander confirmed that he was entered into NCIC on the following warrants: Hamilton Co Ohio: Failure to Appear F4, Theft by Deception F4; Warren Co: Theft by Deception F5; In addition, he currently has 2 fourth degree felony warrants in Clermont County Common Pleas Court, for THEFT and TELECOMMUNICATIONS FRAUD.

In addition, he has 2 fourth degree felonies for THEFT OF A PROTECTED PERSON OR CLASS and 3 fifth degree felonies for THEFT in Brown County, Ohio.

He will have an extradition hearing in West Virginia and if he waives extradition then he will likely be returned to Brown County as it is the closest to the WV state line.;
